Be There LIVE! 17/05/2018

B-Boy Bumblebee, RUS © Little Shao A number of WDSF World Championships will take place between 18 and 20 May. And one of them will be an authentic  premiere: the WDSF World Youth Breaking in Kawasaki, JPN.

For the first time ever, a top breaking event is held under the direct auspices of WDSF. On top of that, it is a qualifying event for the WDSF contingent of 24 dancers who will represent their countries at the Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games.

You will be able to keep up with the World Youth Breaking and some of the other Championships and Cups through our "Live from Kawasaki" blog all weekend. A Facebook LIVE should be available on SUN 20 May. We are confident that we can provide another live stream from the World Cup Boogie Woogie and the European Championships Rock 'n' Roll in Moscow, RUS, on Saturday 19 May. From three other WDSF World Championships we will try to get information to you in a timely manner.

Meet one of the 87 breakers competing in the World Youth in Japan on Sunday! B-Boy Bumblebee counts among the favourites. Winner of the Regional Qualifier in Essen, GER, he could be considered a shoo-in for one of the 12 places in the YOG this fall.
